Most Important Points to remember
- If you are confused apply to these jobs or not, we will suggest you to apply if you are looking for some work life balance and enjoy your life a little more compared to very hectic jobs in private hospitals
- Pay scale Rs 58,850 – 1,37,050
- Do not apply for these jobs if you are looking for more money, yes comparitevly you wont get that much salary from these jobs but what I said in the previous points tempt you then go on apply and lets see where you land
- Do not keep high hopes on getting these jobs after applying since selection process is totally based on marks we got in PG, we usually get less marks in academics still if you have experience you can cover that, still I will suggest you to do not keep so much hope on getting selected
- Next in telangana these jobs are allotted in two different zones so if you are selected you will be asked your preference and will be posted on those districts so it is also one desicing factor so do not think much about these now and waste time, let you select first later we will think about weather to join or not to relocate to that district or not.

Simplified Selection Procedure
MHSRB will select candidates out of 100 total points. These points come from two parts only:
- Marks in PG qualification – up to 80 points
- Take the cumulative percentage of marks in the concerned PG Degree/Diploma/DNB and convert it to a scale of 80.
- Example: If PG percentage is 75%, the score is 75 out of 80.
- If the university gives grades instead of marks, this conversion is used first, then scaled to 80:
- A/Excellent/higher grade = 60%
- B/Good/medium grade = 55%
- Lowest pass grade = 50%
- Service in Telangana State Government health institutions (contract/outsourced) – up to 20 points
- Only service after getting the relevant PG qualification and only in the same specialty/post counts.
- Points are given for completed blocks of 6 months only:
- Tribal areas: 2.5 points per completed 6 months
- Other areas: 2 points per completed 6 months
- Service must be proven with an Experience Certificate issued in the prescribed format by the competent authority (Annexure II and Annexure III-B/III-C).
- The cut-off date to calculate service for weightage is the date of this notification (22-08-2025). Service after this date won’t be added for this recruitment.
- No service weightage will be given if the applicant has already been selected and joined regular State Government service in earlier recruitments.
Ties and Merit List
- The Board will publish the merit list on its website. Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification.
