These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FHT Exam Goals mobile application, related services, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using FHT Exam Goals, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FHT Exam Goals is operated and managed from Telangana, India.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it updated.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your device, account, and OTP verification access.
• You agree not to impersonate others or create accounts through unauthorized means.

2. Description of Service

FHT Exam Goals provides tools for goal planning, progress tracking, reminders, focus sessions, streak tracking, notifications, and related productivity features. Some features may be available only with a paid subscription.

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. You are responsible for obtaining internet access and maintaining compatible devices required to use the Service.

3. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of content you create in the app (for example, goals, logs, reminders, and profile inputs) (“User Content”).
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you submit and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with Service performance, security, or availability.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
• Use automated methods (bots/scraping) that unreasonably burden the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend accounts at our discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases

• FHT Exam Goals may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• FHT Exam Goals may offer auto-renewing subscription plans (including 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options) and limited-time non-renewing one-time products (including an Early Pass).
• Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and entitlement handling may be managed through RevenueCat.
• Prices, and subscription offerings may change as permitted by platform rules and applicable law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings before renewal.
• Early Pass access, where offered, is a non-renewing one-time purchase that provides temporary premium access for 1 month unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• Refunds are governed by the relevant app store policies unless otherwise required by law.

5.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

• You may request account deletion through app settings or by contacting support at hellofewturtles@gmail.com
• Upon deletion, we will delete account data and associated app content, subject to limited retention required by legal, tax, accounting, security, or compliance obligations.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations, abuse, or legal reasons.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy:

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process your information in accordance with that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including app design, software, trademarks, logos, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to FHT Exam Goals and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• FHT Exam Goals is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FHT Exam Goals and its operators, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FHT Exam Goals and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in-app, by updating the effective date, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
