User ID: A unique identifier automatically generated for your account
Referral Code: A unique code generated for you to share with friends

Profile Picture: Optional photo you upload from your device’s photo library
Core Principles: Personal principles you document in the app (max 10)
Rest Time Ideas: Personal activity ideas you save (up to 50 across 5 categories)

2.3 Goal & Activity Data

Goals: Habit goals, work goals, and fitness goals you create
Folders: Goal organization folders you create (max 10)
Completion Status: Whether goals are completed or not completed each day
Streaks: Your goal completion streaks and longest streaks
Focus Timer Sessions: Duration, start/end times, and progress of focus sessions
Daily Check-ins: Your “Say Hello” daily commitment records

2.4 Health Data (iOS Only)

Steps: Daily step count from Apple HealthKit
Calories: Calories burned from Apple HealthKit
Note: Health data access requires your explicit permission through iOS Settings

2.5 Transaction Data

Recommit Fees: Records of 10-credit recommit fee payments
Credit Purchases: Records of credits purchased (200 and 1000 credit packs)
Weekly Pass Renewals: Purchase history of weekly passes (140 credits each)
In-App Purchase Receipts: Transaction IDs and receipts from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Wallet Balance: Your current credit balance

2.6 Competition Data

Scores: Your weekly marks earned in competitions
Leaderboards: Your ranking in Founder Competition and 1-on-1 competitions
Competition Invites: Competition codes you create or join
Participant Information: Competition partner data (when you join 1-on-1 competitions)

2.7 Device & Technical Information

Device Type: Phone model and manufacturer
Operating System: iOS or Android version
App Version: The version of FHT Goals you’re using
Timezone: Your device’s timezone for proper date calculations
Language: Your device language setting

2.8 Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)

App Interactions: Features you use, screens you view, buttons you tap
Session Duration: How long you spend in the app
Feature Usage: Which goal types you create, how often you use focus timer, etc.
Crash Reports: Technical data when the app experiences errors
Performance Data: App loading times and performance metrics

2.9 Notification Data

Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens to send you notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging
Notification Preferences: Your settings for which notifications you want to receive

Optional Access: Only accessed when you choose to upload a profile picture
Limited Scope: We only access the specific photo you select

Competition Participants: If you join a 1-on-1 competition, your competitor can see your weekly marks and ranking (but not your specific goals)
Founder Competition: Your weekly marks are visible to the founder (Ravi Malavarthi) in the always-active Founder Competition
Aggregated Analytics: We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (no personally identifiable information)

7. User Rights & Controls

7.1 Access Your Data

In-App Viewing: View all your goals, profile data, transaction history, and progress within the app

7.2 Delete Your Account

Two Methods:

In-App Deletion: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account (feature available in app)
Email Request: Send a deletion request to hellofewturtles@gmail.com with your phone number

What Happens:

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Transaction history may be retained for 7 years (legal/financial compliance requirements)
Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone

7.3 Manage Permissions

Notifications: Disable in Profile → Notification Settings
HealthKit Access: Revoke in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FHT Goals
Photo Library: Revoke in iOS/Android Settings → Apps → FHT Goals → Permissions
Camera: Revoke in device settings if you granted camera access

7.4 Control Your Data

Edit Profile: Update your name and profile picture anytime
Manage Goals: Delete goals, folders, principles, and rest time ideas anytime
Competition Privacy: Choose whether to join competitions (Founder Competition is always active)
Opt-Out Analytics: Contact us to opt-out of Firebase Analytics

8. Data Retention

8.1 Active Accounts

Duration: Data is retained as long as your account is active
Purpose: Provide continuous service and maintain your progress history

8.2 Deleted Accounts

User Data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Anonymization: Some data may be anonymized instead of deleted for analytics purposes
Exceptions: Transaction records retained for legal compliance (see below)

8.3 Transaction History

Retention Period: 7 years from transaction date
Reason: Financial record-keeping and tax compliance requirements (Indian law)
Scope: Purchase amounts, dates, and transaction IDs only (no personal information beyond user ID)

Automatically refreshed from HealthKit when you open fitness goals
