1. Refund & Validity Policy

• All sales are final.
• Only in the online notes version, we offer an 80% refund if you cancel your online notes within 12 hours. You need to contact us on our WhatsApp or by email to get a refund before the expiry of the given time limit.
• Access to the online notes is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. Online Notes: Device & Access Rules

 Your online access is for personal use by one person only and is limited to a maximum of 3 devices:

• 1 device on the Mobile App (Android or IOS App)
• 2 devices via a Web Browser. ( Ex. Chrome or Safari on Laptops or Mobiles)
• Crucial Rule: To switch computers or browsers, you MUST LOG OUT from the first device before logging into the new one. Failure to do so will lock your account.

3. Online Notes: Account Reset Policy

• If your account is locked due to exceeding device limits, a non-refundable reset fee of ₹100 is required.
• To Reset: Pay the fee at Account reset payment link and send the payment screenshot via WhatsApp from your registered number.
• All resets are processed once daily at 11:00 PM.
