The husband suffered seriously due to food poisoning. Later he sought divorce from his wife on the ground of cruelty. Decide.
3. An Ultrasound scanning center conducted a test on a pregnant woman and determined the foetus as a female. Thereby she was aborted in a local nursing home by the persuasion of her husband and in-laws. Decide.
