This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made in FHT Exam Goals.

FHT Exam Goals is operated and managed from Telangana, India.

1. Purchase Channels

FHT Exam Goals offers digital purchases through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status. RevenueCat does not process your card payment directly for App Store/Play Store purchases.

2. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription in FHT Exam Goals:

• FHT Exam Goals may offer auto-renewing subscription plans including 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription options.
• The subscription is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel at any time through your store account settings.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel already billed periods, except where required by law or store policy.

3. One-Time Purchases (including Early Pass)

FHT Exam Goals may offer limited-time non-renewing digital products, including an Early Pass offering.

If you purchase an Early Pass:

• Billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• The Early Pass provides temporary premium access for 1 month.
• The Early Pass does not automatically renew.
• Access expires automatically at the end of the applicable access period unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• FHT Exam Goals may discontinue offering the Early Pass for future purchases at any time.
• Refunds may be denied where digital benefits have already been substantially accessed or consumed, subject to applicable store policies and law.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the relevant store policy and applicable law.

4. Refunds

Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, refund decisions are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

A. Apple App Store Refunds

• Request refunds through Apple directly:

• Apple decides eligibility and timing under its policies.

B. Google Play Refunds

• Request refunds through Google Play:

• Google decides eligibility and timing under its policies.

5. Restores and Access Issues

If you changed devices, reinstalled the app, or lost access to paid features:

• Use the in-app restore purchases option (if available), and/or
• Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for purchase.

If issues continue, contact us with basic purchase details (platform, purchase date, product type, and account information) so we can help verify entitlement status.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We may suspend or limit access to paid features where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing the latest version in-app and/or on our website.
