FHT Exam Goals (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a goal-tracking and productivity application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the FHT Exam Goals mobile app on iOS and Android. FHT Exam Goals is operated and managed from Telangana, India.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account and Identity Data

• Phone number (for sign-in via one-time password/OTP using Firebase Authentication).
• User ID (uid) generated by Firebase Authentication.

B. Profile Data You Provide

• Display name.
• Opponent name (if you set one).
• Avatar selection.
• Optional profile photo (if you upload one).

C. App Content and Activity Data

• Goals, folders, schedules, reminders, progress, and completion status.
• Daily logs (for example, focus minutes, completed/not completed status by goal).
• Streak and performance-related records.
• Rest-time ideas and related entries.
• Notification preferences and in-app notification history/state.
• Vacation mode and other app configuration/preferences.
• Content you create within the app is considered user-generated content stored to provide app functionality and synchronization.

D. Subscription and Purchase Data

• Subscription tier/status, product ID, purchase ID, renewal status, and subscription dates.
• Purchase processing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store full payment card details.

E. Device/Technical Data

• Push notification token (FCM token), when notifications are enabled.
• Basic app/service operational metadata needed for sync and security (for example, token refresh state and timestamps).
• Limited analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance data (including Google Analytics for Firebase events) used to improve app stability and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Sync your data across sessions/devices and provide backup and restore functionality.
• Deliver core app features (goal tracking, streaks, dashboard, reminders).
• Send push notifications when you enable them.
• Manage subscriptions, premium access, and restore purchases.
• Maintain app reliability, security, and fraud-prevention controls.
• Respond to support and account requests.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process data based on:

• Performance of a contract (providing app functionality you request).
• Your consent (for example, push notifications).
• Legitimate interests (service security, reliability, abuse prevention).
• Legal obligations (for tax/accounting/compliance records where required).

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the app with service providers:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Storage).
• Google Analytics for Firebase (product analytics and usage insights).
• RevenueCat (subscription entitlement and purchase status management).
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (in-app purchase and subscription processing).

We do not sell your personal data. FHT Exam Goals does not use third-party advertising SDKs or personalized advertising.

5. Notifications and Permissions

• We request notification permission to send reminders and updates.
• If enabled, your push token is stored and used for notification delivery.
• You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings and/or app settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

Users may request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting support.

When you delete your account, we delete account data and associated app content, subject to limited retention required by law or operational compliance (for example, some transaction/compliance records where legally required).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete your account/data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

9. Children’s Privacy

FHT Exam Goals is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorization.
